Just reviewing the newly opened Costa Coffee at the entrance to the hospital. While it's great to have Costa here ....I have to admit the efficiency of service is extremely slow. Endless times you'll find yourself queueing for quite a long period (even in if the queue is only a couple of people). No offence to the staff here they are all polite and lovely ...but perhaps need a guidance on efficiency. People are here for appointments and what not so please provide a quicker service!

It's the go to place in Oxford if you have Cancer the staff are friendly, helpful, understand and there to get you through what ever you have to endure. I am just starting this journey but with all the great help I know I can get through it.

I have had cause to visit The Churchill a couple of times recently. I found it an easy experience. The staff and consultants are polite and friendly. Please remember, as this is a University Hospital, your consultant may ask you if a student or other trainee can also attend. Appointments are run on time. Parking, I have found to be easy, and always spare spaces. These are park and pay areas. Machine is hard to find (by main door) unless you are 'in the know' as I see NO signs pointing to it. On entry to the car park area, one takes a ticket, then pays at machine before collecting car. Inside the hospital, it is a bit of a 'sign city', so looking for certain areas/wards, or loos can be tricky. There are very good shop and hot snack facilities in main lobby waiting area. All in all, a very good experience.
