my daughter went in there for a colour because she got blonde highlights for Christmas and she wanted something more natural . Her natural colour is a light brown / dark blonde and she wanted her natural roots and it going lighter dead naturally towards the bottom she came out with black roots and yellow and grey bottom ridiculous my daughter was very up set let’s be glad this is only a temporary dye! she was heartbroken . Today we went to different hair salons to try and get this fixed other hair dressers said there was green blue in parts of her hair and they have really damaged her hair .We rang up to try and get a refund and they was rude about the situation and said my daughter picked the colour and she 100% didn’t and the cut was very uneven ! Never again will I go to this salon and be careful if you do because you won’t get what you wanted

Had the best haircut and blowdry - it was exactly what I wanted. Friendly staff, clean place, very professional. Probably the only salon I have ever walked out of feeling very happy
