I visited Charisma for the first time recently and had an excellent experience. Asia looked after me from start to finish, by recommending what colour and cut to to go for and then implementing it safely and professionally. I left extremely pleased with my hair and look forward to coming back. Thank you!

Becca and her team at Charisma are all amazing. They all make you feel very relaxed and comfortable and it's guaranteed you will come out feeling great about your hair. They have got all the current safety measures in place and you feel totally safe within the salon. Took me several attempts at other salons to find somewhere that could do a great modern short hair cut and I was so pleased to find Charisma and I definitely wouldn't go anywhere else. Would highly recommend this salon to anyone.

The ladies at Charisma are always super helpful and give the best advice if you’re unsure about what cut or colour you want. Asia, the graduate stylist has just done an amazing job of my balayage and restyle, I love it. Thank you so much!!

Always an amazing experience, the vibe is always so friendly and buzzing. Everything possible had been put on place to protect stylists and customers alike! Was so lucky to capitalise on a last minute cancellation on Saturday. Had a fantastic full head of foils and amazing colour by Amy and lush cut by Becky. Lisa I’ve had many times over the years and was on hand with her experience of my hair and my likes/dislikes. Molly, always lovely to chat with as she gives the best head massages, toners and washing/combing my hair. All in all, no matter who is working on your hair in this salon, it’s so clear not only are they a fabulous team but an amazing family unit. Xx (great having Billy back on board too! X). If your looking for a new salon where they all welcome you, are so genuine, have great clients that chat freely and somewhere that will really look after you without feeling intimidated in any way, this is the place for you... My first visit to Charisma on the weekend just gone and I can not express enough how pleased I am with my hair! Hayley did an incredible job, she lifted my hair in one go better than I have experienced at any another hair salon. It's so refreshing to have a stylist listen to what you want and then do their best to achieve it. My hair feels and looks gorgeous and I can't wait to go back and have it lifted again in February! Also the place had a lovely atmosphere, everyone was so nice and welcoming 💖🙌🏻😊

I Had my first appointment at Charisma salon today and had my hair done by Hayley, she was fantastic I love my hair! I haven't had my hair professionally coloured and cut in nearly 3 years, so I was a little nervous as this was my first visit to this salon, but Hayley, Becky and the team made me feel at ease, and I was very pleased with the result as it came out exactly how I wanted it. I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend them.

Highly recommended. I went to the salon after a bad experience elsewhere. My hair was not in a great condition and I was so nervous but I was losing confidence because my hair had no style, no shine, damaged, and and not a nice colour. Well I can say the ladies did an amazing job. A professional but friendly team. Great advice, amazing colour and a beautiful cut. Hope of my long locks again. Next appointment booked. 5* 🤩❤

Great salon, doesn't rush you, lovely head massage. Nice to be pampered. Staff are lovely, wouldn't go anywhere else.
