These guys are doing really well. Good clothing styles and services. Nice to be asked what your up to, the weather? Or how is your holiday and not just the sell. Even for me as a local. Excellent with the social distancing measures that have been forced upon them. Good work Tiki! Long may you continue trading 🙏

Really great shop, phoned for advice and ended up purchasing a great wetsuit. Really helpful advice. Would definitely recommend.

24th October 2020. Strict rules on number of people in the shop. Well organised and very safe social distancing. This is a shop that takes health seriously. Face masks are a must and plenty of hand sanitizer around the store. Good staff. The new normal means shopping will take slightly longer.

Next time someone visits you to collect a Zepha wetsuit they paid for as a click and collect purchase and asks for a bag to put it in( you have a large sign up offering them free to anyone who spends over 200 on wetsuit) its probbaly best if you don't reply with 'that's for store purchases'. The guy gave me one anyway but made me feel like a cheeky t*at for asking. So you don't give free wetsuit bags to people who come to collect them (which saves you time and money sending them out on courier). First and last visit for me.

Pretty miserable staff compared with the other local surf shops. I chose to spend my money with good, friendly service at the other stores.

Popped in the shop on tuesday was surprised by how well stocked the shop is. Had a chat with one of the guys in the shop regarding a torque board. Was supposed to go back in the afternoon but run out of time. Lovely staff great shop will definitely pop back

I came to Tiki Surf Shop looking for a board for my son. I got great service with expert knowledge and walked away with brilliant Epic board that my son loves. Definitely worth of going in if you are looking for anything related to surfing. Massive stock in the shop and friendly service.

Visited today to try to find a wetsuit for my wife. The friendly staff were so helpful and talked through our options, listened to what we were looking for and guided us to a wetsuit. We were not rushed to make a decision, and bought the recommended wetsuit. This afternoon we spent 4 hours straight in the water! Great selection and knowledgeable staff

DO NOT BUY ONLINE Purchased a board online to be delivered to a friends before my holiday started. Received 2 confirmation emails - one from the shop and one from credit card handling service 'handepay' confirming all was good for the 2 - 5 days delivery. Storey in short: handepay held the money for a week and hence delayed the purchase. I double payed via paypal to speed up the product release because by this point it was already over the 2-5 days. Delivery company 'DX' had 'incomplete loading' before the weekend and hence the board arrived 11 days after original order date and well into the middle of my holiday. I was reassured that all of this was 'out of their control' and a very 'rare' situation (I agree - but you have chosen to use these companies as part of your service, so they just chose to delegate the blame). Also, I am still waiting for my refund to the original order - again held up because of handepay. I love the brand and the board is excellent but recommend you visit instore to buy things until they have changed their credit card handlers and delivery company.
