A weekend visit where we were made very welcome on arrival. Friendly, helpful and obliging management and staff. Also found the "regulars/ locals" very friendly and happy to make conversation with. Perfectly situated in Crediton for a casual visit, or for exploring the surrounding area. En suite room very spacious, clean and comfortable with everything necessary to hand. The full English breakfast, cooked to order, left nothing to be desired. Overall a totally satisfying experience which we hope to repeat and have no reservations in recommending, at a cost which is unbeatable. Thank you to all at The Ship Hotel, Crediton

Had a wonderful time. This was a perfect pit stop for us. We travelled to see friends and various sites in Devon and returned to the room to lay our heads at bight. The room was a good size for Myself, Mum and two young kids. I had taken a picture of the main room which was immaculate but not posting as my children are in it. Also Breakfast on offer as an additional option. Service with a smile. I definitely recommend a stay here. Reasonably price friendly staff and pub downstairs if you fancy a drink. B&B within the pub on the high road with local bakery a short walk across the road.

I want everyone to know first of all that I have no connections at all with the staff or management. I stayed here as my mother was having a xmas party and her house was full. The staff are lovely..the room..a single..although it was a double bed..en suite bathroom which was immaculately clean. Lovely and warm and just incase you needed it..hairdryer and a fan! TV all working with DVDs! Coffee and tea and 2 bottles of water. Clean towels and a dryer on the radiator. This place I'd definately too cheap. Thank you so much. I will be back I promise!!
