Sunny oxford

This is a new Chinese restaurant which decent and fresh food. The food quality is one of the highest among Chinese restaurants in Oxford. Some negative reviews, I believe, are mainly due to its authentic—rather than Westernised— Chinese taste, which makes Westerners difficult to appreciate. The only problems are: 1) coming up with all kinds of excuses for not accepting card payment, which can help them evade tax liability; and 2) some dishes not being available which are not easy to keep fresh.

Very bad experience with just eat. And the restaurant the food was 1.55 minutes late I used just eat online service and got a reply saying it had been delivered so then I had to phone just eat and explain it hadn’t then I said I would like to cancel and they said I would have to pay 50% of my bill which would have been £13 as they said the driver was on his way I waited 35 minutes after that when the food turned up I got a very rude driver on top of that the food was very very cold learn from my mistake don’t use either of these companies I promise you I am not lying They are both an absolute joke

Fresh fast food.

So sunnys you tell me I'm lieing about my lamb being pink and not cooked properly I ordered from you last night and now have food poisoning so here is proff your lamb is not cooked

Ordered and collected and was told 15 mins which turned out to be 45 and still most if it was cold 1st and last visit, also re-cooked .

I didn’t get the order I asked for apparently my fault How curry sauce sounds like bbq sauce I have no idea. Bad customer service attitude

Where do I begin...2 hours late then delivered it to wrong address then pick it back up in these covid-19 times then took it back to the shop to microwave it and then delivered it. It was loop warm and dry with cold spots throughout the food. Called the restaurant and act like they don't understand my English to well, put the phone down and don't answer it again. The weird thing is that we had food from there 2 weeks ago n it was lovely n fresh. They haven't apologised or compensated us in anyway shape or form. I have 2 young children that had to eat at 21:00.

The food was amazing! I’m only giving it 4 stars as they don’t do satay sauce? I would eat here a lot more if they added a satay sauce to their menu

It was fine. I don't really understand the bad reviews. I ordered on perhaps the busiest day of the year - the food was hot, tasted as it should, and arrived on time. Need to remember that the delivery of most places is outsourced now.
