Ordered a takeaway through just eat, restaurant added an extra 30 mins on to delivery time and then

Ordered a takeaway through just eat, restaurant added an extra 30 mins on to delivery time and then marked it as delivered even though we hadn't received it. When we called up to enquire we were told there was lots of traffic, we live less than a mile away. Oh and still waiting now 25 minutes after it was supposedly delivered!
