Got beautiful, natural-looking balayage colouring done by specialist Dmitri. Was aiming for a natural result to enhance my own hair colour and he did a great job! Those that have not seen me in a long while now tend to think my hair is just sunkissed. The waves he added for a pretty final touch only lasted a few hours, but it was a busy day with humid/rainy weather and I had no special event to go to so no harm done. Absolutely love them! Before and after photos added.

Ferda was amazing! I hadnt had a wax in a year and had been shaving instead, so I expected it to be painful, but Ferda was so quick and professional it hardly hurt at all!!! This place is such good value, I will definitely come back again.

I booked a T section highlights through treatwell. After waiting half an hour, I was told be the lady that I needed to pay an extra £20.00 for toner after she showed me what bleach looked like without toner in pictures. I asked if this was not obviously included the price (as no one can be expected to pay for orange hair willingly). I was told toner is extra or I could go ahead with bleach only and leave with orange hair. After waiting and being told about the extra costs I was then told I needed a patch test 48 hours before the appointment. My time was wasted and overall the service was unfriendly and I felt like I was being taken advantage of. I would not recommend this salon.

I rang up and booked a t section of foil highlights - explaining my circumstances that I had my hair done a week earlier, but the roots weren't lifted very well so I was looking for a correction. Upon arrival the head stylist was late, didn't introduce himself or say hello. As soon as I reiterated what I was interested in, he immediately told me I NEEDED a half head of foils and olaplex treatment. I stated I don't have time for a half head appointment and am happy to go ahead with a t section (that was confirmed on the phone) and that I have olaplex products at home so not necessary. He then changed his entire approach and said he won't touch my hair as it would be too damaged if he were to do a t section (despite insisting on doing a half head initially) & when he asked how much I paid previously and I said £90 he called me cheap. Horrible and uncomfortable experience - very clear they are trying to just make as much money as possible and do not have the clients best interest in mind.

I had a nail appointment today. I went there on time. I just got my booster jab 2 days ago and I’ve felt super week from it (as it happened after with my 2 other vaccines). I just mentioned it as an info then they started to POINTING FINGERS at me that I HAVE COVID so I should leave or take a test. I said 3 times that I did a test before my vaccination (as a precaution) on Monday, then I got the vaccine and became pretty weak after as a normal side effect (NO Covid symptoms!!!). I’m NOT irresponsible to go anywhere if I feel a tiny bit sick however it looks like those people working there might not have a jab since they didn’t have any clue that the jab has SIDE EFFECTS. That’s not my first time there but the whole business seem pretty dodgy hence the seemingly low prices- but don’t worry they will charge you more when you go to the till. I read other reviews and it looks like HUMILIATING the customers is their only tactic. Shameful.
