Radiance London (Fitzrovia)

I am a regular customer at Radiance and love coming to the salon due to the lovely team.This time I had a massage with the new team member Gloria and it was exceptional. The room was very clean & beautifully set and the new salon makeover looks amazing. I had incredibly bad back pain in my lower back so Gloria had a consultation with me about where I wanted her to work on and how to make my back feel better. She did not disappoint and the massage was outstanding. Gloria really worked on the area of pain and applied firm pressure to help relieve the tension. After the massage Gloria also recommended some stretches and after care to help my back. I would highly recommend getting a massage from Gloria and checking out their new make over! Thank you x

High quality beauty treatments from a kind and professional team in a lovely environment. Couldn’t ask for better - especially so close to Oxford Circus and Tottenham Court Road. I started going to Radiance when I worked in the area and have kept going because they’re so good at what they do. Thoroughly recommend!

I have had facials, nails and eye brows treatments over the last year and all of them have been amazing. The staff is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this salon.

i am new to town and was recommended this salon by a friend. it absolutely lived up to the hype - one of the most pleasant experiences i’ve had at a nail salon! couldn’t recommend more.

I booked a shellac manicure in this salon due to all the positive reviews I've read. The staff was really nice but unfortunately I was very disappointed with the quality of service. During my appointment my cuticles were not done, therefore my nails looked like they have been done a week ago when leaving the salon. This should be part of every manicure procedure. Also, one of my nails has gone off the same evening. I came in to fix it and the same happened again when I left. I couldn't be bothered to come again and have it fixed again in my own time. Very disappointing and I wouldn't recommend this place.

So impressed!!! Loved the salon and the staff and definitely the results. Would highly recommend. You will not be disappointed

Extremely rude receptionist / staff. I made a genuine mistake with my booking and I was told that wasted any hour of their time. I offered to move my booking to the date originally intended but they refused and charged me for the full massage even though I didn’t attend. It was gift for my sister and not I am unable to surprise her. Very unhelpful staff and didn’t offer to try and rectify the issue. Customer service is important to me and they had zero customer service. I would definitely not go here again.

AMAZING!!! Yes, guys are made to feel just as welcome here.... My first Dermoabrasion treatment, so was a bit nervous. My fears quickly laid to rest. Everything explained and carried out in a courteous, professional manner. My skin is radiant (appropriately) glowing and feels great. Definitely recommend...already looking forward to the next one.
