I had a keratin treatment here after a bad perm elsewhere, and it is perfect! My hair is now glossy, straight and in wonderful condition. Many thanks to the staff who helped me fix a hair-nightmare with their impeccable service and great products. Couldn't be happier!

I needed to find a new salon after my old hairdressers closed down and decided to try Cut and Crafts based on the positive reviews. I was not disappointed. Bilge did an excellent job with both my colour and cut. She listened politely to my vague thoughts on what I wanted and interpreted them with intuition and expertise. She was also extremely nice and interesting to talk to. I left the salon feeling like myself again, which is the best you can hope for from a haircut. Highly recommended.

Maybe the best salon in the area. Highly recommend. Bilge is just a wonderful person, using always her skills and talent, but also hearing and following what the customer really wants, which I appreciate a lot!

DO NOT GO HERE. They lie about the price! Quoted £45 and was charged £140 when I came to pay. For about an inch of root recolour! No warning or prior explanation at all, despite me being in the salon for two hours. They did not acknowledge their lack of transparency let alone apologise. Go somewhere else.

I've now been 4 times for long hair styling/cut and for colour. I've had a colour correction done on blonde balayage to an excellent degree by Ugur, and today have gone for the winter look an darkened my hair back to a natural brown with low lights. The attention to detail, relaxed space and great service is absolutely worth 5 stars.

I left this establishment a happier and more handsome man
