I think the outcome is decent, but the process isnt up to standard. In the 3 times I visited the salon, I found the experience very rushed. I had product on my clothes because the hairstylist were rushing through the toner (i was the last customer). Twice when they washed my hair that I got water on my top and both time the hair wash was rush and in one occasion, there was shampoo left in my hair that we had to go back and rinse it. I have used several salons in London and this was the first one that I felt there was a lack of care and attention to the service

I wish I would've looked up their actual reviews instead of Treatwells. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here. I had to get my hair fixed professionally after subpar treatment here, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

This place is such a gamble. I've been going for about a year do dye my roots and most times it's been fine. Last time I went they made my roots all patchy- missed spots and made the front way darker than the rest. When I emailed them about this they tried to blame it on dyeing I had done over a year ago ( I mean how is this even relevant when dying NEW roots???). I even included photos and they couldn't own up to the mistake they have done. Not going back after being treated like that, horrible customer service when thing go wrong on their end.

Quick, friendly service. The stylist (I'm sorry for not getting your name!) was super nice and gave me a really good advice. My hair feels and looks fresh. Will definitely be back for colour soon! X

Amazing Salon. The best Eyelash extensions that look fab and last well, Holly is the best eyelash person, a huge attention to detail, spot on. If I want a treat or there’s a special occasion I go here 💖💖💖

I walked in and was immediately welcomed by the manager. They were able to see me very quickly. Had a hair cut and because of the great work done I booked immediately online for a nail treatment. The staff were great and talkative. I will be back for definite and I will recommend. Thanks guys and keep up the good work 👍
