The staff was very polite and friendly and the salon nice. During my Hollywood wax I mentioned at least a couple of times that it was too hot. It was scalding. I was told that some people feel it more than others. Well the result is that I have red sores where my thighs meet the body and am in discomfort. Trying to resolve it with aloe vera gel and hoping it will help. If not I guess I will need to be seen by a medic. Shame really as it was my first time there and really liked the salon.

I asked for a simple trim and re-layering as my hair had grown out during lockdown. The hairdresser cut off such a long amount claiming it was how much she needed to cut to add volume in the layers, the layers are not blended at all and I just had two very distinct hair lengths. It looks like a bob over longer than shoulder length hair. I would not revisit again - even in desperation. Wasted money.

Very hairless wax, and two very lovely ladies who really go all out to make me feel welcome every time and for those reasons I travel one hour by car each time to come. It really is worth it. 😊

I purchased a voucher off Groupon for a lovely 75mins dermalogica facial, I called a few times before resulting into text message to this company asking for a time and date on any Saturday. I got a reply that they was close that day and will message me back tomorrow to book me in. The next day I messaged them in the afternoon asking if they can hook me in, no reply, asked again the few days after that and just got ignored! This is how they treat a potential client!! It would of been lovely to try this as I’m looking for a new salon on my doorstep as this is less than two minutes walk away from me!

Hi Maryam, we got on so well but you completely ruined my hair. It's so choppy and you've cut off so much that it just can't be fixed. Please enrol yourself onto a training course - I know Toni&Guy have an academy where they teach the foundations of hairdressing and will help you to elevate your skills in becoming an expert. Right now, I'm feeling devastated and will have to cut off all of my hair to fix this but I hope you can take the steps to ensure this doesn't happen again to other girls. Take care x

Every single time I have gone Maryams the service has always been amazing with super friendly staff. The staff make you feel so comfortable and are so friendly.

I’ve been a few times and had my hair cut by a lovely girl called Jessy and it has been fantastic every time. She’s very kind and really listens to what I need.

Don't ruin your pamper day. They will ruin your hair, the way they bleach and colour makes your hair dry and causes split ends. You gonna show them one hair colour they will do entirely the other one. Unprofessional staff. The staffs does not have right skill. They don't belong to work under beauty salon. Never use their service. At the end you gonna waste money on them just to get back disappointment. Wasting money and time.
