Terrible experience I have had at this inappropriate and unhygienic establishment!!! The staff were all rude througout the hairdo i arrived to get finally done at this illegally operating business in the United Kingdom! The trainee owneree got my selected hair colour entirely wrong!!! The final outcome was more than dissappointing and i had no choice but asked my money to be refunded and the service personel refused persistantly saying '''itz okay madame, itz okay ladey!''' I was terribly upset and disappointed and i shall never ever even say hello to this inappropriate and unhygienic establishment owner who absolutley damaged my hair!!!

I am very pleased with the standard of hair dressing and value for money.

Maybe because my sister done all the time all my manicure 💅 and pedicure but I would never ever go or recommend anyone to do their nails in this salon! Nails is not straight, colour is not everywhere spread properly on, and also the instruments are disinfected just in some liquid which normally it should to be putet in High Temperature UV steriliser Box nail. Basically i m going to do my nails home next time.

I went there for a haircut; they did an amazing job. Well done! 100% reccommend.

Great place, friendly experienced staff. I'd give it 5 stars if I could pay by card. Still Highly recommend it !

My niece went into get a haircut trim and unfortunately the female hairdresser was not available, one of the male workers insisted on cutting the hair and ended up chopping her hair extremely short, upon asking for this to be fixed he made it worse, it wasn’t even straight. Absolutely shocking someone like that is allowed to cut hair. Poor niece was really upset. Will not be using this place or recommending to anyone.

I've visited Karolina Beauty Salon on a few occasions and have been very happy with my haircut and regular manicures. The staff is always friendly and helpful and Ola does the best shellac nails! Definitely worth visiting!
