Very, Very professional. They know how to make it up to you if you are unsatisfied with something or if something is not done as well as it should. I'm very pleased how professional and understanding they are, which is not common these days. In addition, they have a full range of excellent services. I go to the Kensington branch for laser treatment and the ladies there are absolutely great. The Manager who takes the calls is very calm, polite and professional. There's one particular tall lady there I think she's Russian and she's absolutely great, she knows her stuff and knows what she's talking about. Great place for everything. May.

I went for eyebrows shape and facial deep cleaning. The lady for the eyebrow said my eyebrow is fine so she almost did nothing on me, I mentioned to her that i see no shape and she said it's good, you can do it with your pencil (I haven't done my eyebrow for 1 year). The lady for the face treatment was good, but not as mentioned online. I booked my appointment via treatwell. I have no issue with treatwell, very good service. The problem is that I booked my appointment at Beauty and Melody and they called me to move the date. I told them when I am available, we agreed on a date and time, and then they moved the appointment on a different date and time without my consent. Very disappointed and not recommended.

Went with my mum and sister. We all enjoyed the experience and loved our hair cuts. Would like to visit again!

Recently started laser hair removal here, everyone has been friendly and professional. I wasn’t pressured into paying for a big package like other salons I’ve visited. They are punctual, polite, the shop is always clean when I visit. Not overly priced considering their location. I will be looking into other treatments. Highly recommend 😘

If you're seeking professional laser hair removal, AVOID this place. 2 years, 13 sessions and more than £1k later, I should be hairless. Guess what.. I'm not. Treatments (laser intensity, time spent on the area) are not adapted to the customer needs and equipment is not maintened correctly. Which cleverly leads customers to come over and over again, because "they just need few more sessions" and "everyone reacts differently and is difficult to predict". They're just a trap for money.

I have been three times now for my laser sessions. First time my experience wasn’t great as the therapist didn’t understood English very well. I raised my concern to the receptionist and she took my feedback on board and advised that I will have a different therapist on my next visit. Last two visits have been great. Both therapist were amazing and understood my requirements. They were also able to answer my questions and resolve any concerns. I would recommend this salon as the staff are very professional and will always try their best to cater for our needs.

This is now the second time I need to say something about the bad experience I keep on getting from beauty melody. This was now my second session with them, already payed for all session so unfortunately I need to continue going there otherwise I waisted my money. After my first complaint the manager called me and apologized, which was great but then at my second session on Wednesday it was disastrous again. I came early to my appointment as requested by them as the session might get canceled and non refunded when you are late. I’ve waited for about 20min. Until I get ask to go to the session room, to then find out a few minutes later that the beautician called in the wrong person. Not sure how that was possible as they take your name when you walk in and at that point I was the only one in the waiting room. I then got send to wait outside again after being told the other colleague will see me in 5m. I wait again & get told 3 times by other people “ you will be seen by a colleague in 2min, someone else said 5min.and then again “my colleague will be right with you”. That was another 20min. Wait I was sitting there. I then finally get seen after spending almost 1h in total waiting & my session was done within not even 10min. The beautician lady was perfectly friendly and it was at all not her fault I guess but it all seemed rushed after letting me wait for such a long time. Overall just disappointing as on top of all that I have not seen even a small change of hair growth, it even feels to me as it is getting worst due to the shaving which I normally wouldn’t do.

The team si absolutely fantastic, the service is the best and i will highly recommend this place. Thank you guys🤩🤩🤩
