Amazing food! We had a voucher though that had the name of this specific restaurant but when we went in he told us we couldn't use it? It was printed on the coupon the dates and times we could use it and we were within them and he still wouldn't let us use it for some reason. Great vegan pizza menu though!

It's now slightly different PH what I remember. After being seated and when you choose what to order, you have to go to cashier with table number. My family was waiting for brownies with ice cream so I had to go to cashier and say that we are ready for dessert. After 10-15 minutes I had to ask again and cashier said that she order dessert but didn't show up so she done it again and after next 5min we got it. I have to say that food quality was good but customer service need improvement.

I've just been there this evening with 2 friends and the lady in the front said we would have to wait for about 5 min because she was gonna clean a table for us. The restaurant was half empty and most of the tables were dirty. The lady came back to us gave us a table for 2 when she had just finished cleaning a bigger table, when I asked her why could we sit in the bigger one, she said it was because the table was so big for us. Basically she was refusing to give us a table to sit because she didn't want to clean it. Apart from that the food was good and came quick.

Very disorganised, took staff a long time to clear tables, resulting in new customers having to wait to be seated. One person on ordering point meaning long queue to order food. Pizza and sides were good, dessert slightly over cooked and stuck to bottom of the dish. Also disappointed to see pasta is no longer in the salad bar. With the right organisation could be a great little restaurant. Perfect location for people going out of the city. Also staff member chewing gum while serving food is not a good look.

5/ 5

We ate here on Thursday for a birthday. We mentioned on the reservation that our eldest has special needs, so we'd prefer a quieter table. He doesn't do well with loud noises, stimuli etc. The team really went over and above. We had half of the restaurant to ourselves. New diners were directed to the other half of the restaurant. The music was also turned down too. We were really impressed and this helped all of us enjoy a calm, family meal together. We hadn't eaten out together in a long time and it meant a lot that our eldest could have a nice meal with his brothers without incident.
