Elizabeth is a fantastic massage therapist. I have been experiencing a lot of pain on my lower back and my knees after running and she gave me a set of excellent warm up and stretching exercises to do before each run. I have a renewed energy and I feel I can retake running safely and pain free. Thoroughly recommended!

Elizabeth a wonderful combination of professional and personal! She knows what she’s doing and is very good at it. I’m an American who is traveling around the UK and Europe for about five weeks and I’m almost three weeks into this current trip. As many people know, traveling can cause some serious body discomfort. I was feeling a bit tight and stressed out so I decided to try out a local massage therapist and boy, am I happy I did! Liz was very thorough in her questioning about my physical history and wanted to make sure we made the most of our time together to help me de-stress and feel more relaxed. She really helped to relieve some of the tension I’ve been carrying the last few weeks. I am beyond thankful for her services and her recommendations of the places I need to see in Scotland! Can’t wait to venture around! Thank you so much Liz, catch you in LA or next time I’m in Glasgow!

Liz is fantastic, always cheerful and very encouraging. Due to lockdown I could not see her but she made the impossible possible thanks to fab videos! What I thought was a serious knee injury probably due to too much running turned out to be some tension in my glutes which was easily fixed thanks to a few movements and a bit of magic from Liz. After a couple of days I could run again virtually pain free. Thanks to her great explanations, patience and care I feel I can start a race very soon. Now I am armed with robusts warm ups and cool downs, I am leaving the pain behind and I recommend you do too by contacting Liz.

At 32 weeks pregnant, I finally got the chance to have a pregnancy massage and what a fantastic experience it was. Elizabeth has a wonderful nature and spent time understanding where my aches and pains were and was able to focus on the areas that I felt suffered the most. I walked into her office feeling tired and sluggish and left feeling refreshed and energised. If you're pregnant and looking for the right massage to ease your aches and pains, I highly recommend Elizabeth. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

I’ve gotten a massage from Elizabeth three times now and each time is fantastically relaxing. Elizabeth is so knowledgable, really kind and is present with where and who you are in that moment. I always feel like she’s reintroduced my head to my body at the end of each session and I am able to fully relax. Will of course come back!
