Incredibly relaxing and had a great massage. I want for the treatments full body scrub and massage 1 house OMG My skin is feels so amazing and my sister she had Janssen collagen facial she said that facial it’s brilliant. Very professional organisation made I feel comfortable, great customer service. Will definitely continue my visits

Went in because I was experiencing really bad shoulder pain for few days. I had a 30 min sports massage, and feel like it was the best 30 mins iv ever paid for. Deep tissue massage was painful but i know my back was in a ridiculous state hence the pain,but can honestly say feel so much better and will definitely be going back for another session.

Booked appointment, guess what on my booked time they taking walk in customer, hungry for money. They don't have customer service, they don't even say sorry I travel 5 miles just because seen Such good reviews on here. I would say to everyone don't wast your money on this place.

Been here 3 times, 2 times my massage was mediocre and once excellent (Thai masseuse). Too expensive for what it is. Further to your response you should never hire masseurs who smoke during their shifts inbetween massages. The smell does not go away even if they wash their hands and their energy is diminished and not good for massage. Smokers should not be allowed to smoke before and during work as a masseur.

Had a great deep tissue massage with Sophia at Spa Diamond Birmingham. The treatment was not rushed, and felt even even post "After Spa - Bath". She delivered a very professional massage alongside a down to earth conversation which was the icing on top! I will be coming back soon most definitely! Note: There is designated parking slots for Spa Diamond Customers with a rear entrance which makes life so much easier over walking all the way around. 🙌🏼 @just_be_yousuf

Very nice and welcoming, my Husband and I had a couples massage by Sophia and Kelton and omg it was lovely, so relaxing and made us both feel amazing. Will definitely be booking another.
