Very ordinary. Facilities are nice, but therapist was okay only. Was there for half a day and had two treatments, went home feeling just another day. Disappointing!.. Also told them it was my birthday but no special drink or any such touches.

I wasn’t staying at the hotel but I used the spa a couple of times during my last visit. The staff is very professional and the vibe is very nice. The spa rooms are quite big and equipped with their showers. I had a massage and a facial treatment. Both were great and my therapists were very nice and truly experts in what they did. I recommend Aman spa if you want to pamper yourself and have a truly luxurious experience.

my expectations might be set too high for Aman Spa. I have this tradition myself is have a spa treatment at a top luxury Spa around globle as my new year & birthday celebration. So this year I chose Aman at the Connaught. The facial was good but nothing outstanding, in fact on my arrival they suggested detox version was more suitable for my skin type than my original choice, however, they forgot to communicate that change to the therapist. And, spa facility area is small and became v busy. That said, the service was great and staff are v friendly.

Lovely spa in central London. Small pool and a steam room. I had a grounding massage from Maria and it was amazing. Staff friendly, lemongrass tea refreshing. Great break from the pandemic without leaving London!

Amazing massages! We went to celebrate my husband’s birthday and had a truly incredible experience. The massages were exceptional, the facilities lovely, and the staff were very thoughtful and attentive - they were kind enough to bring a few birthday treats for my husband after our massage which made the day even more special. Will definitely be back and well worth the money.

Actually very small...much smaller than the pictures suggest. Tiny changing rooms. Also pool is used by hotel guests to to very serene and calming when there are screaming children in the pool. For the money I'd go some where else tbh
