Have previously had great service from Timpsons. However when I last took in my watch for a repair,

Have previously had great service from Timpsons. However when I last took in my watch for a repair, they returned it with a large scratch on the back. They didn't tell me, just handed it back, like nothing was wrong. Presumably where the case opening tool had slipped. Have had to go through customer services, still not resolved.
