WASH & SEW oxford

Wash & Sew are fantastic! I have been taking all my laundry there for over a year now. Najar goes out of his way to be helpful, sometimes completing my wash/dry/fold in about 2 hours! He is a life-saver! He also took-in my favourite skirt, after I had lost a lot of weight and he did a fantastic job. The prices are extremely reasonable and he is an honest and honourable man who really cares about what he does. I can't recommend them enough.

Always done an amazing job washing out red wine stains from my shirts, also did some fine work repairing and altering some black tie trousers. Highly recommend

I was surprised to see recent negative reviews. I have been using them happily for nearly a year. We don't have a car so the pick up and drop off service has been brilliant.

Jacket not clean and even worse, he had to brush it in front of me in several places since it was obvious it was dirty, but that's not the point. When I kindly asked if they had any kind of insurance or reimbursement or anything, the answer, shouting: " you young lady I knew you were trouble since the very first minute I saw your face." I was not alone so I am not making it up. I will keep fighting till "young" and "lady" is not used as an insult. Incompetent, expensive and what is worse: sexist and no respect.

I had a great experience with those guys! I literally run out of time and I brought over there a dress and a shirt which I needed the day after for a Wedding. In less than 24h they were able to help me and solve my situation. Also, the men in charge was super nice and polite. 5 stars more than deserved.

Najar has always been friendly and provided great service to me over the last 3 years. I have had around 20 alterations done here, mostly having jeans tapered and Hemmed but also a dress shortened and some tops taken in at the waist. I have always received top notch service and great quality alterations. The one time a pair of jeans was not hemmed quite as short as I had asked they happily fixed them within a day or two free of charge.
