I order 3 scarves after Christmas. The shipping was fine. The quality of the scarves were great...but the color???? I ordered a bright orange scarf (according to the photos on their website) but got in a dusty salmon at best. I ordered a golden yellow, with a orange stripe and I got in a camel with burnt red stripe. I was so disappointed in the colors. The third scarf was neutral camels and grays. It was a bit more gray than I thought it would be, but it was acceptable with the photo posted. They need to make a much better effort with color control or you don't know what you are getting.

I ordered 2 jumpers in the sale in May from Australia. They arrived quite quickly. I was unsure how good the products would be but at that price, even with the high postage to Australia, it was worth the gamble. They are very fine but good for Australian spring and wearing 2 together they are lovely and warm and so light you wouldn't know you were wearing 2. Love the colours too.

On line purchase...Dont bother unless you want to waste your time. Ordered a pair of gloves and embroidered scarf. The next day advised gloves not in stock and that part of order was cancelled. Two days later dispatch notice recd re embroidered scarf but no mention of embroidery on note so E mailed to check and just received the same dispatch note. Phoned customer services and spoke to a lady who again confirmed scarf had been embroidered. Scarf arrived no embroidery on it. E Mailed customer services no reply so phoned to be told I would have to return it and print of a returns label. Impossible when neither I or my friends have a printer. Was told it was basically my problem. Spoke to a manager who suggested I take it to the PO as they might be able to print one off. In the end I suggested that they print one off and post it to me. Which they did, I returned the item and hadnt heard anything for over a week, chased to be told oh yes we have it you need a refund. Awful customer service I ordered a new embroidered scarf from Esty quick service and quality product
