Tried to return a shower that I had not yet received. I tried calling on several occasions but this was either ignored or I was constantly told the manager was currently busy with a customer and therefore could not speak to me. Was told I would be called back but this never happened. When I finally got in touch, was rudely told that this store does not allow items to be refunded despite being unopened & unused (this is against consumer law). When insisting, the manager reluctantly allowed the refund but informed that they would only partially refund me because they had to deduct costs including their manufacturer’s fees. This has nothing to do with customers and cannot be charged to you without prior notice. During the refund, the manager told me he was actually “doing me a favour” by allowing the refund despite only buying it 3 days ago & it is customer right to return. I was spoken to in a passive aggressive manner. Will not be using this sub-par store again.

Great service here! I got BS free advice and some good banter with Neil. As a DIY I had to ask some basic questions but Neil was fine with that. I didn't end up ordering the cheapest but I reckon the best value and most suitable for my needs.

Called in for some shower parts today, Glen was very helpful and the parts are in the post.

Had a problem with a leak from the new toilet, soon rectified with a replacement seal or doughnut as they called it. Very helpful company :)
