Minty oxford

On the first scouting visit I would have given them 3* as I needed help and advice but the older guy wasn't proactive at all. Like most people I did my research with other companies but what I like about minty is that you can go in and try the mattresses and they tailor a package to you. On my last visit in Sunday the guy was much more proactive and eager to help! I love the fact as well that they will remove the old frame and mattress and Delivery is free and quick at a time to suit you.

I twice went to other bed shops, but ended up buying at Minty. It's a little disorganised, so not everything has a price label and there are random things "out the back", but they had a good range to choose from, with reasonable prices. The staff are friendly (and I enjoyed their gentle humour). Recommended.

Great service and very speedy.

I ordered a bed. Minty failed to supply on time. I asked for refund after a long discussion they did not refund but issued a credit note and told me i can use it whenever i like it. I purchased one item and remaining £210. on credit note. When i visited to order mattress today and asked to use my credit note and they refused to use my credit note. They have in their file. Now boss said he can not use credit note because it is two years old.They kept my money for so long and at the end refused to allow me to purchase anything. It is ridiculous ,unfair and against the law of trading standard.I do not know how do they do business if they do like this. Now I can go to small claim court order to recover my money.I am also going to complain trading standard Please do not purchase from this shop. If you still want to buy then never pay by cash or debit card use only Master card or credit card.so you can protect your money.

Very helpful staff and good value beds

You won't get better customer service anywhere! So so impressed with this local company. Make sure you ask for Emma. I tried almost every mattress, Emma patiently talked me through ALL the options, helped me find the right headboard, and I managed to get base, mattress AND the headboard I wanted all in one place. Would 100% recommend to anyone. If you need anything bed-related, this is your place, for sure.

Grabbed a good quality mattress a couple of years back. Hands on service from the staff,delivery, and a good atmosphere from the staff when searching potential purchases in store.

I cannot rate Mintys highly enough. My daughter recommended it and I have been looking on the internet and trying other shops for weeks, with no success. It looks a bit “ cut price” from the outside, but inside has everything you could possibly want in beds. Emma, who was in charge, is an absolute star; patient, very knowledgable and accurate with a terrific memory! She steered me towards the 2 beds I needed, took time and trouble to choose the correct mattress and was warm and friendly. The service at Mintys for delivery and collection is excellent and I can’t wait to sleep on my new bed. Thankyou Emma. Thoroughly recommend.

Hi, my parents purchased a lovely children's bunk bed from Minty Beds a few months ago. Unfortunately there was a minor product issue/discrepancy but I really cannot fault these guys at all. They very quickly resolved the issue, provided regular updates, very responsive and provided a fantastic customer service. My parents and their grandchildren are now more than happy with their bed. Highly recommend using these guys.
