Abingdon Bathrooms & Kitchens Ltd oxford

I bought my bathroom as a DIY job from this company around 10 years ago and it still looks and works great, so when we wanted a new kitchen I came to see them again, this time for a supply and fit. The experience was great from first appointment looking at out options, great design to make the most of the small space, and the quality and service have been exceptional. Even when there were manufacturing defects identified, these were rectified immediately. They managed all the different tradesmen needed with no fuss and we couldn't be happier with the finished job.

Good place to go if you are a bit unsure what you are doing. The family run the business and really know their stuff.

Excellent showroom and service

Top notch service from start to finish, always helpful and offer plenty of free advice and have lots of good ideas for my new bathroom supplied by them.

Advice okay, but as for the fitting and finishing...

Everyone is talking about offering "good service," but these guys actually do! Steve and their installer Gary were faultless from beginning to the end. Even with our fussiness, they spent an immense time supporting us with ideas and virtual designs with a simulator. The execution was to a very high standard and we are left with a fantastic oasis of a bathroom that was installed to perfection. Little problems were fixed and even after everything was said, done and paid for, they came same day to replace a faulty part. I've never had such a good experience in building. I can recommend them 100%.

I needed a new shower fitted and was keen to use a local company, so contacted AB. My bathroom was measured up and I was told I would receive a quote within 2 days. Five days later - nothing, so I phoned them and was told the representative was with another customer but would phone me. After another week - nothing, so I phoned again and was told yet again no one was available to talk to me - but they would contact me asap. Nothing, so over a week later I phoned and was given another excuse why no one had contacted me. I have since had a reasonable quote from another company who has kept to all the timelines. As AB is so unreliable, I won't use them. This is an appalling way to treat a customer. If they were too busy, or felt they couldn't do the work involved, then they should have let me know. From this experience, I'm disappointed to say I would not recommend Abingdon Bathrooms.

Very helpful staff. Arranged a visit to my house to do a survey. Showed me the range of items available and very happy to answer questions and explain things.

Absolutely first class service from start to finish. Paul designed and planned my kitchen brilliantly and after a few tweaks......which he took in his stride......he came up with the perfect kitchen for us. We had one or two issues with some of the units but again ABK were quick to resolve them, so he obviously has an excellent relationship with his suppliers. We now have the kitchen of our dreams. A big thank you to everybody at ABK......for all their patience, hard work and commitment to customer service. I would highly recommend them.
