My Mother and I spent 2 hours going over carpet in store and the man there was very helpful. Took some swatches home and chose what we wanted as a runner for the 1st floor but needed to match a colour in the runner for the remaining floors. In the meantime we had someone measure up and even took a sample from my current carpet...yes I allowed them to cut my carpet as I wanted to replace my carpet. Despite numerous calls and stopping in the store no one ever got back to me. I clearly wanted new carpets (they cut my current one) and they clearly could careless. I was keen to support them as I live around the corner but they clearly do not need/want my business.

Fabulous shop. Staff excellent and went beyond all expectations. Great carpets, fantastic choice of flooring, superb quality. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

OxFlooring were extremely prompt in their whole process! We have just had a significant kitchen floor laid. Their pricing was fair and competitive, they workmanship was second to none and very professionally finished. A full 10/10 from me - Andy Jackson

WARNING. Do NOT use this company. It is currently under investigation for serious fraud. If you have recently placed an order with them, the advice is to cancel immediately and ask for a full refund. Bash I do not lie. But you certainly do! You are definitely under investigation for tax evasion and various business mal-practises. In such situations, I can only advise your customers to stay well clear of you and your shop for their own protection and good. Also you would be advised not to keep posting very obviously fake 5 star reviews of your own business as most people can see through them straight away and it tends to indicate that you are struggling to get many genuine positive reviews.

The company came with swatches more than once, to find the right carpeting and colour. They were twice prevented from keeping to their fitting date, owing to staff illness. However,I had a deadline, beyond my control, and with some juggling and reorganising an excellent fitter and his son came and did a great job, just in time. They also helped with replacing furnishings, which is usually beyond the call of duty. I am most impressed, and grateful.

We were desperate to find the best flooring for our newly built house and make it ready to move into in less than a week. Dylan made this possible by placing our order on a late afternoon and he has kindly followed it up until we received it all in 24 hours. We had a great experience doing business with OX Flooring. We have been treated professionally and patiently and were offered a reasonable price. Can't recommend them enough. Many thanks.

Unfortunately we wasted weeks waiting for a quote. The fitter came promptly to measure up but we had to keep phoning and texting to get a quote. When we did get one, it was incorrect (based on one carpet and not two different ones). After more chasing, we finally gave up and used a different company (who measured, quoted and fitted within 9 days). I'm not sure they really want the business. Or maybe they can't keep up with demand but don't know how to tell you that.
