Carpetright Oxford – Botley Road Retail Park oxford

We went in looking for a small piece of carpet or a small quantity of carpet tiles for inside a cupboard. The employee who served us was extremely professional, polite, well-informed and helpful. In the event, we actually decided not to buy anything (we found some rugs in Aldi that did the trick!) but that is to his credit---no pressure, just a clear wish for us to have what we needed. I got an extremely good impression and I'm sorry if some of the reviewers on here perhaps didn't. I will certainly consider Carpetright if I ever need any flooring or carpet in the future. Thank you.

They didn't deliver on time and after rescheduling didn't even bother to contact me to confirm the time they will be coming - so I believe they will conn me again and not deliver today either. They also don't answer the phone

Went into carpetright today and didn’t get approached by one person, not even a hello. While we was looking around you had someone shouting out the back of house and could here everything, wanted to purchase some flooring and carpet for our new property. There was only one customer in the store so there was no excuse for us not to get approached. My money will be going else where!!

Great place and great staffs.

£635.41 to spend half a day fitting carpets. Should be £200… shop around! They pick up phones once per week too… Be careful

Absolutely awful, horrendous service, save yourself the time and effort and shop somewhere else, no matter how much they discount the carpet by! They have been unable to fit our carpet bars for months! They rarely pick up the phone, don’t call you back when they say they will & haven’t been able to deliver the service we paid for. The carpet fitters who they employ were also extremely rude and spat out of our window when fitting the carpet. AVOID buying carpets from this company and dealing with this store.

Trying to follow up on an enquiry we made in store. Never answer the phone. Taken our custom elsewhere.

Had all our carpets replaced recently with new underlay in our house and couldn’t be more happy with the result. Great price, excellent customer service and the fitting was perfect. As a business owner I appreciate how much ratings/reviews mean. I would advise you to look past the bad ones from this store as we could not fault the service we had. Thanks again!
