There service here is really outstanding. So helpful, friendly and polite. When they didn't have everything I needed, it was absolutely no bother to find the bits in another local store. As I quietly commented to my dad that they were better than ScrewFix, another customer overheard and wanted to say that they completely agreed.

One item was not available in store but Huw located the item at another branch, phoned through to ensure that the item was put aside for us and was able to provide directions to the other store.
