Peachcroft Dental Practice oxford

Registered as I was in a lot of pain. Saw a rude guy who only looked in my mouth for 30 secs. He kept the door open during the visit so other patients could hear. Sat me in the waiting room with a piece of paper, to write down why I went to visit. Then I payed up and left. Will not be returning. He was rude, unprofessional and a waste of my time. I didn't even get a prescription from him for the 'probable' infection. Just told to take painkills for another 6 months.

I have a huge phobia of the dentist and suffer with panic attacks but, apart from having to have 2 teeth out they were excellent. Kind, informative, very understanding and did everything they could to make the experience as least stressful as possible. 5* Fantastic team. Thank you.

I really think this Dentist best one round area the staff really nice and friendly, my dentist is male he as many years off experience and you can have laugh and joke with him and is name is Mr Kamal Soufizadeh and he is the best dentist I have had for long time and would like thank him for all is help given me. keep up the good work

Good experience whenever visited. Staff have been polite and any work required has been done well with minimal fuss / pain.

I cannot recall the name of the dentist I saw but he was a friendly guy with a foreign accent. Very efficient at what he does. I'm not a fan of the dentist and haven't been for years. He put my nerves at ease and gets on with the job quickly and efficiently. I had an abscess for which I had antibiotics and the choice of extraction. I chickened out. The pain is terrible today so I'm calling them up to get it removed. I'm very nervous but I have faith in the dentist doing a good job and that helps enormously.

I can concur with the bad experiences I have seen on this review site. I have received a letter telling me that I can have no further treatment at this practice because I missed 2 appointments in 1 year. The first appointment was missed as my father died in Yorkshire and I had to go to Yorkshire for obvious reasons and the dental appointment was the last thing on my mind. The second missed appointment was a genuine mistake. I think they are culling NHS patients and trying to go private.

Absolutely great practice. Saw me during Covid although I was just visiting the area, lovely sympathetic dentist sorted my problem and with most reasonable charges. Would highly recommend

With dentists, my main concern is trust (having had a prior horrid experience with a fraudulent private dental practice in Abingdon) & I fully trust Mr dentist (after so many visits I still do not know his name). Additionally, I had a great experience with a hassle free removal of a wisdom tooth at this practice. I highly recommend.

I called this morning in a bit of a panic, the lady on the phone, the lady who took our temperature and checked us in at the door, the dentist and dental nurse were all lovely. They managed to get us in straight away.
