Oxfam Bookshop oxford

I made the mistake of taking two large bag fulls of good quality books here.... A mixture of fiction and non - fiction. The person who took the bags from me did not acknowledge me, make eye contact, say thank you...Nothing. I had reservations anyway, because of a previous poor experience...It won't happen again. Very poor.

Staff are always friendly. If you go to charity stores primarily for books then look no further. Not only the best Oxfam bookshop in Oxford, but in the whole of the UK!

Purchased delicious dates in a box, "The Geography of Genius", and a couple donation gifts "I knew you'd BEE interested" to help the cause. They also have water, for and other causes to support.

Great selection, especially Oxford-related and academic books, at reasonable prices in general.

Best charity bookshop ever, go go go (I believe the first Oxfam?)

Great amount of hand sanitisers and covid secure cashier system was great! There is so many books available and I loved how nicely they are organised in the shop as well. Having downstairs was lovely as well but had a slight smell to the underground so improving this and air circulation could make it even better. Highly recommend :)! Lovely staff as well :)
