My boyfriend and I were looking to get our fingers sized and hoping to find out about engraving services. Oliver in the Westgate branch is one of the friendliest, most helpful employees I've ever met. I work in retail myself, so I was really pleased to be taken care of so promptly and with some professionalism. Thanks!

My partner wanted to buy me a solitaire ring which was displayed in the window. I had already been in about a month ago, and fell in love with it! (£3.500 1ct ring) A very unfriendly female staff member who has been there for 4 months asked security for us to leave the (empty)shop as we were there with our very well behaved dog. When my partner bought his IWC watch the previous year, he had difficulty deciding which model to choose, I was unable to come in to help him make his decision as the Westgate didn't allow dogs in at that time. Staff even contacted Westgate security to see if I could just come in and enter Goldsmiths to help make the choice. Westgate has now relaxed their dog policy, and I must admit that Goldsmiths has been the only store in the vicinity who are not dog friendly. Being asked to leave yesterday means we are now buying my ring elsewhere. My partner wanted to also buy a different model of watch, but we will not buy from this store anymore. Goldsmiths new member of staff is totally customer unfriendly!

What a let down twice I have asked for a high value item to be ordered but was messed about.

Excellent service, superb client experience and professionalism at its best. Haleemah was extremely attentive, patient and gentle in all her recommendations. She was super knowledgeable and technically very adept. Bravo to see such talent rise to the occasion. Andrew, the store manager, was equally super helpful and friendly. The experience was totally gratifying. The store has a wide selection of top-notch watches and jewelry. It's by far the best in their field in Oxford and possibly farther afield. A must place to visit.

Outstanding service. I’ve bought a few items here since moving closer, I usually deal with Reggie who I can’t recommend enough, always sources me what I need and goes above and beyond to help, I saw Andrew today to collect a watch and what a nice guy, the kind of person who doesn’t tell you what you want to hear but the genuine truth! And also thanks to Emma for sorting the broken necklace I brought in!

Collected a Rolex Air King today. Didn't have to wait long as the guys knew I wanted one and contacted me as soon as one came in. Cant recommended them enough. Very professional and cant say enough good things about them.
