I wanted to see a particular watch which they didn't have in stock in the Abingdon store. Edward ordered it in from one of their other stores via next day post. He kept me updated through the whole process and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. A very pleasant buying experience from start to finish.

A very helpful jeweller. They helped we to fix a bracelet purchased from the shop a few years ago. Very reasonable pricing and a very under appreciated local business at the heart of the town centre.

If you buy a watch from here send it to the manufacturer to check if its used... My estimate has just come back from Tissot... its going to cost me £379.70 to put it right. Sold as a brand new watch, took back the next day, received a £100 voucher as they agreed it was damaged. I wanted to find out to what extent. Finally managed to send to Tissot to asess what was wrong (took a while due to lockdown). ''Presence of heavy scratches and/or impact marks Foreign particles on the dial The bezel shows signs of shocks The case is scratched The bracelet/strap is scratched The watches timekeeping is not within published tolerance The movement is magnetised.'' Called up after receiving this report from manufacturer and their response was that I have had the watch for 7 months.
