Visited the Abingdon store to purchase a ring (for birthday present). Very helpful staff, seemed to be selling the current stock. Sell rings that fit.. Did find a nice ring in GFs size. Don't know if its because the parent company Signet are in trouble. (Oxford H Samuel was closed down recently). Enquired about watch battery replacements, if they had one in stock, they would change it. Mentioned they are not changing batteries for older watches. (Too expensive to repair).

Went in to have a repair done,everyone very helpful and efficient. Ordered a ring while we were there and had excellent service from Lyndsey and 2 other assistants. I have not shopped in H Samuels before but will defiantly be back.
