I got my ears pierced here. Very kind lady. I asked for the longer post earring but they didn’t have any. It was completely fine , blah blah blah. Until a week later when I woke up and it had sunken into my ear , I had to force it out and there was a lotttt of pain! And I would also like to say that it doesn’t matter how much you clean it, because I drenched my ears everyday In the cleaning solution and never missed a day and this still happened. DONT get ANYTHING pierced here

The lady at the till was really nice and helpful, but the earrings I bought were of questionable quality. For £14 you would expect something that actually works - but the hoops in question just don't close. They are pretty and everything, but they don't work, and I say this with the experience of 25 years of earrings under my belt.

Shops fine. But the way the staff lady spoke to her other staff member behind the counter was discussing. What ever it was about is none of my business but the way it was addressed to her could of 1. Been in a more professional manner and not sound like bullying 2. Not done in public behind the counter where everyone could hear 3. Surely if it was you then you would of felt humiliated. Whatever it was for as I did not hear weather it was serious or not was not dealt with in the right way. Speaking to her like she was a peice of rubbish. Hope she finds a better job that treats her with more respect and if something goes wrong handles it more professionally then you do!

Worst customer service ever. Staff was rude and just wanted us out of the shop. Never going back there again. We'll get the piercing somewhere more professional

Really excellent service from Sarah, who was able to fit in three of us for piercings on the day. Very friendly and professional service.
