Good selection nice staff fast service but can be a bit slow in peak times

Poor experience! I'm not a horrible person who rate 1 star everywhere, however this one was ,,earn,, by the team from 3 pm. 1. Dirty changeing rooms! Staff suposed to keep them clean. They are full of dust. Hoover, swipe just please do something! 2. Rude staff or they act like they can't be bother. I ask today a lady if she can open the changeing door for me ? And she put a very unpleasant expression on her fave like she's make a favour. Big no, no! 3. Person by the till supose to listen and not to ask you 3 times if you want a bag. And as well manners are important. If your customers wish you a good day, silent treatment is not ideal. Very disappointed by the staff not by the sport's clothes selection.

I was here just after christmas while visting oxford for two days from north west london. By far the worst JD sports I have been to. I feel sorry for some of the teenagers who go here and get ripped of by shoes which cost £155 or in some cases £170 they do this becuase they know that teens between say between 13-16 like the follow the vibe of us black males in our early 20s. JD sports wants white teens who do not have much money to get the look of black men between 18-25 like i am a black male in my early 20s who goes shopping for these things it our culture our gang culture stop motivating WHITE young teens to look like us SHAME ON YOU!

The staff is great and helpful. There's something for everyone.

Although i love this store I had a very bad experience here with a member of staff My friend had asked for a size 5.5 and he said yeah we have it we waited for at least 20mins to be told he hasnt got that size he has 5 I looked to my friend and said didnt he say he had 5.5 and he immediately inturupted me and aggressively told me he didnt say that i said you did other wise we wouldnt have been waiting for so long she would have chose something else and he continued to argue with me on the shop floor and continued to stare at me the whole time i was their he made me feel very uncomfortable and wasnt a good experience

Great shop, they have a lot of stocks than some locations and discounts on some products. Members of stuff so helpfully. Guaranteed to come out with something nice.

Good selection of trainers etc, best advice is to go out of core busy times as it gets packed.

I went in yesterday. The shop was clean and well stocked. It's a shame they don't take NHS discount instore. The item I wanted is not available in the size I want online. It means they lost a £150 sale. I was left disappointed. This item was however available in store, but I couldn't use my blue light card. The staff member I spoke to was helpful. I can't fault her.

Pop in every week you never know what surprise inside. I do that time to time and recently got a pair of Nike in reasonably cheaper price

Plenty the same goods. Looks big but poor range of goods
