I wasn’t happy with the way I was treated in the store. Tilly wasn’t nice at all. She was rude and really unpleasant to deal with. She didn’t say please or thank you. Her customer service was disgusting. I really hope there will be option for delivery in oxford Westgate branch as I will not be returning to Magdalen street store.

I popped in here today with the intention of buying my first pair of Sketchers for general walking purposes. I was politely asked if I needed any help from two of the staff to which I said no thanks. One of the young men asked if my 3 year old would like a balloon which I appreciated. The selection of shoes was good and I would say it was an overall very good experience for a mid morning Tuesday, as it was not busy at all.

Bought a 130 pound pair of boots here which turned out to be faulty. When I took them back they sent me new ones in the mail which didn't fit and were a different colour. Since much of my work is done stomping around in the mud I am probably going to have to go and fork out another 100+ pounds on a second pair of boots.
