Beyond terrible. Staff was rude and made faces of a sort "sick of this job" while serving customers. The guy at the till was nice but was playing on the phone everytime when being approached. When asked for help the guy was " obviously I'm with customers now so you have to wait" and just walked off - clearly there could of been a more polite way of stating that he is with another customer at the moment.

The worst customer service. If I could give any star I will do it. The customer service makes us feel like if we will steal something. We have tried to make a complain in the store but nobody was interested in hear us. We do not recommend to shop in this store.

If I could give them a zero I would. Possibly the worst customer service I have ever received. Finally after waiting for half an hour an employee came and when we asked for shoe fitting advice he looked down and said " if they don't hurt they fit". Lots of staff hanging in groups avoiding customers. When they finally arrive they walk slowly dragging their feet and just don't care. Avoid at all costs.

Sports Direct at Seacourt Retail Park in Oxford has a really good collection of sports accessories. Shoes for running, hiking, basketball, football, walking, golf and other games are available - and for all sizes. Spread over 2 floors, they also have official jersey for many national teams as well as club. In addition to these, it's a good place to buy other day to day accessories like socks, T-shirts, jackets, trousers, etc. The best thing about Sports Direct is their staff. They have so much knowledge and extremely friendly. They recommended me really good shoes after knowing my requirements and activity pattern. Would definitely recommend to shop from here !!!

Fantastic service. Had a problem with England top that I brought online. They answered the phone, answered all questions on the phone. Then I came into store and was sorted out and given details on how to care for the top as well. Unbelievable service and a credit to the company. I expect the 2 guys that dealt with me to be given real praise from above. Can't express how well handled the process was. Thank you! 👍👍

You just have to remember that shoe buying can be a longer process here. Getting hold of a staff member for example. That said, they had a huge range of shoes and I actually bought a pair of walking shoes and wellies at a competitive price!

Mohamed Tensi   14/10/20121 To who it might concern, today I walked in sport direct in cowley center, ones I started looking at the tracksuits in the far corner of the shop, a member of staff "220568" kept close eyes on me in a close distance " never asked if I needed any help " then I asked her about the fitting room,  she didn't even answer my question instead she said " you can only take 3 item in " witch I already know,  another member of staff on the till asked the same question " only 3 items " I said yes I've got 3 tracksuits,  inside the fitting I could see 220568 waiting for me  out side, ones I was done and heading to the till  220568 said " the manager had said 3 items only " I thought something wrong is going on, she already told me twice and I'm not feeling comfortable now , so I asked her to call the manager " Matt " I did explain my concern to Matt, he just kept saying about the 3 items policy witch didn't need any explanation, because I had 3 items, basically Matt and 220568 made me feel like I'm a shop lifter for no REASON.. I would like a full explanation about the bizarre behaviour of 220568 towards me, plus I would like to know how Matt dealt with the problem that way, below is the receipt of my purchase, look forward to hear back from you. Best regards M Tensi

decent range but then ruined by 'sale' price shown not honoured at checkout, made to feel as though we had stuck the sale price label on! Daughter now having decided on the item we were forced to buy them. Manager called but basically couldn't give a sh1t, from now on will avoid this branch at all costs.
