Tried to book an appointment online yesterday for school shoe fitting. After filling out all the details - it didn’t give me an option of time?? Then when I read the website it said you could just turn up. So decided to just go and see. Arrived around 10am, and not too busy - 4 sales assistants. We spent a few minutes waiting and was then approached by Emma. Unfortunately I have to say this is the first time buying shoes that we have felt really rushed and come away not sure if the purchases are right. 1 pair is going to be delivered to home as they had no stock, so we wait and see. My daughter was measured on a similar brogue and she said it will fit?? Thinking about it now, I don’t think all the checks were done on the fitting. She missed the heal checks and only checked the room at the front. I understand communicating is hard with PPE on, so eye contact is vital when speaking and it might of been nice if she could have confirmed our purchases and my address. Not sure of the point of booking an appointment as another customer had done this and was made to wait in the queue. Of course needless to say she was mad!

Three weeks I ordered a pair of slippers for my mother in law with delivery 3-5 days and after 5 visits and after many excuses still no slippers!!! I returned yesterday with no sign of order and was promised a phone call to advise expected delivery date but never received call. It is no wonder the reviews are so bad and that small businesses go out of business and especially as I find I can get online delivered tomorrow. Have given them many opportunities to fulfil order but never again. ps. Tried one last time today but no slippers!!!
