Fantastic customer service - they arranged for a pair of sneakers (the last pair in the UK) to be shipped from their Brighton store, send updates the whole way through and were super friendly and helpful!

Went to Toast on a Saturday afternoon, the shop itself has a wonderful selection of clothes and accessories, however the staff were a bit unhelpful (although not unpleasant, just lazy). I asked to see these Cheaney Ivy Lace Up Boots (RRP: £310.00), I’ve had many Joseph Cheaney brand boots before so am familiar with their design and craftsmanship. I wanted a new pair so asked the shop assistant (slightly older, short dark hair) whether she could check the stock. She just said that ‘they’re new’ when they have a few scuffs and on the heel the rubber was flaking off in places. I would have appreciated as a common courtesy at a store like this that the staff would at least pretend to go through a door and check and say ‘that’s the last pair, sorry’, or offer to order a new pair in. Hopefully management takes notes. 🤞
