Very helpful staff, after calling the call centre I was directed to store. I called to find out the avaiabilry of a suit, both items were in stock, both reserved and I collected them an hr later. Very happy customer!

Thank you to the staff especially who helped us look for our daughter as we couldn't find her after shopping in ADSA living in Cowley yesterday. The Matalan staff, the ASDA Living staff, the Sainsbury's staff, and some strangers all tried their best to help us look for our daughter. Matalan Cowley is a nice shop and the staff there are very kind.
