Disappointing experience. Most of the run was printed on the wrong colour T-shirts (black instead of denim blue) and unfortunately that was followed by very lame customer service - account manager refusing to call me back, sending me emails instead and only offering around 10% discount of the total sale price. Only when I escalated the issue was the discount increased, but the bill was still over GBP600 from 900 originally (there was no time to print a new run). The print itself looked good. I am not so much upset about the mistake - these things can happen - but the fact that they can't do the right thing by the customer afterwards. Would not use them again.

Was being charged £25 POSTAGE for a single t shirt which I wanted as a sample to assess the feel and quality ahead of an intended larger order. I understand there sometimes being a need for a surcharge for Northern Ireland on large shipments, but +20 on an item of this size? Not professional. I contacted someone in the company as I was giving them the benefit of the doubt, but this person just affirmed that this was correct. The single plain t-shirt was £6.36 + £2.26 VAT + £4.95 Standard Delivery + £20 Northern Ireland charge. That brings it to £33.57 - for one mass produced t-shirt.
