Found the staff not very helpful. After asking for a dress size which was in their stock cupboard it took two of them and still no dress after 25 minutes. As I was on my lunch break I asked if someone could contact me either way if they found the dress. No one contacted me after taking my number! Poor customer service and won't be going back. Also store looks very untidy.

A very sweet sounding young lady named Charlie was extremely attentive and helpful with my concern today. From checking stock availability, correct pricing, placing an order for me and having it shipped to my London address all the way from Oxfordshire is the type of service that is magnificent. She returned 3 phone calls in between doing all the checks, very pro active, she is highly professional at what and how she does. Thank you again Charlie for helping me find my item & size despite being soldout everywhere, you deserve a pay rise and a promotion for your customer service! Xx
