Very helpful staff, u can wait for you cartridges to be filled straight away. Also you can get lots of advise on anything from printers to cartridges and why to refill. They also sell the electronic cigarettes/ refills and some printers. Ive got a USB auto charger there. Very helpful! So basically everything what you need they ll have :) I also notice some a4 paper pretty good price. They have staff parking. Which was full at the time but across the street there is a parking spot too.

black ink ran out, was going to buy a new one for £17.99, remembered this company and called them.

black ink ran out, was going to buy a new one for £17.99, remembered this company and called them. Was advised procedure can take 15-20 mins and was £8 for a black ink refill and £10 for colour. Superb service, took 20 mins, went and had a walk round the retail park then came back and it was ready as new, advice given, took home and work as before. Definitely will use again when it runs out of ink.
