I've been waiting more than 2 months for a simple on and off button for a laptop.There is no customer service and the call operators just pass the problem to each other without a real solution.What pisses me the most, is that I can not get a refund even though they will take up to 1 month to do the deliver.I'm really disappointed with this company.

This company seems to be populated with people unable to read and understand a simple order. Moreover, these people are unable to offer solutions which can be easily implemented in case of errors (from their part). In my case OS language different of the one I ordered. My advice forget 'em whatever you need and go and ask your local dealer. You will protect the planet! To answer, the guys, contact had already been done...(june 1st 2018 to june 12th 2018) & still have the emails & you never really deal with it. As a conclusion, the manufacturer close ticket open and never answer to 'em... probably because this not one of their business but yours! To me, case is close as I don't want to spend endless time for people who are unable to find smart and easy to implement!

They do not accept orders to Canary Islands in the spanish version of their website, not advising about that, and making the customer takes all the mess to place the order. BTW, there is not a logical reason to exclude Canary Islands from ordering, every courier and Royal Mail works seamlessly for that destination. They, as many dealers already do, just have to exclude CI from VAT charging, according to CE directives.

Got what I ordered, with free shipping, well-packed, at a fair price. Sending the item took them a week, though, with no proactive messaging about how the order was coming along. Also, I'm having some trouble logging in now on Lambdatek's site as a customer, but that could just be me. Maybe they could cut down on the Javascript a bit to improve compatibility and speed.

Consistently let down by delivery, and when the issue has been reported they are not interested and try to pass blame to the couriers saying it is not within their control. Their prices are also no longer competitive. They used to be a decent place to shop, but now I would only use them as a very last resort.

My experience with LambdaTek has been great. I was looking for hard drive enclosures and their prices were the lowest available in Google Shopping tab so I placed an order despite seeing quite low ratings. The order was delivered within 48 hours and there were no issues with the product so I can only recommend buying server supplies with them.

Purchased 6 x 6TB Hard Disk from Lambda Tek. The listing look authentic I thought I would give them a go as I had never heard of them. I started to provisioning for their arrival. 1 hour later an unusual email stating that they were out of stock. I checked the website to which there were still selling 30 same model and specification. I tired to call their customer service department, no answer, so I wrote an email stating that their is an error. I offered every opportunity to correct their mistake. As it transpired they didn't want to sell them at the agreed price. Word is not LamdaTek Bond.

These guys aren’t retailers, they are scalpers. They are selling you products that are more than MSRP. Don’t ever shop here unless you’re missing a lot of brain cells and you want to pay double MSRP for technology that will age in 6 months. I like how the management is responding to these reviews like a bunch of Peter Puffers “we don’t recognize you, show us your order number” We don’t need to show you s***. I wonder why we are here then.

unfortunately I have to give 1 star you cannot leave blank or give negative stars. where to start with this review. after speaking to Joseph the apparent sales director I proceeded to order the Typhoon H plus Drone, after being told the spec was what I was after and it would be delivered next day. I had paid through PayPal and everything had been acknowledged. After checking the progress of my order and there being no status change this began to ring alarm bells. I tried calling Lambda-Tek but kept getting cut off or transferred and cut off. eventually when I did speak with someone they told me that no money had reached them and they were told it was looking like fraud. Straight on the phone to PayPal.. Shane kindly confirmed that Lambda-Tek received the money at 12:12 on the 17th June then proceeded to refund it at 11:01 on the 18th June without telling me. All in all I would not recommend using this company for anything. or if you do pay via a secure payment site so you know your money is safe.

Heed the warnings and the reviews. Purchased a power supply from these guys which arrived on time in a cardboard box. Little did I know that once this box was opened there was no way to return it. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong item so now they won't let me return it. Seems very unfair as there is no warning or published policy. Worse thing is you have to open the box to make sure it is the right item and to get your delivery note /invoice. Will not be dealing with these guys again.
