Required a complete AV upgrade. Andrew was superb. Excellent knowledge and fully understood my requirements. Built a bespoke system within budget that was realistic for my home. Queries were answered efficiently and no query was considered too daft! Customer service good. Very grateful indeed.

Fantastic audio choices - informative and friendly staff.

Very happy with the service, but all thanks in particular goes to Dominic. They really know their stuff and gave me some good advice fitting my ideas and budget. It was also easy to arrange a proper listening sessions of a hour and a half to get a feel for the speakers. After ordering, I forgot that I also needed new cables, but they were delivered with the speakers and I could just pay them at my own convenience. Great to see when costumers are treated in this way. Would definitely go back here if I ever need additional equipment, and I can recommend it to anyone in the market for some Hifi equipment.

Excellent service from the guys at Oxford with special thanks to John. Unfortunately my new equipment developed a fault but the issue was dealt with swiftly and the unit replaced without quibble. I would highly recommend Audio T to anybody in the market for quality audio equipment.

Very impressed by Audio T Oxford. They're friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. Throughout the prolonged periods of vacillation that deciding on hi-fi usually entails they merrily cycle through the options - with both in-store demos and take-home loans - until you're as happy as you can be that you're making the right choice. Now my go-to store for hi-fi advice and purchases.

Deeply impressed with the service I’ve received. My wife bought me a high quality amp combination for our wedding anniversary. It was a bit of a whim purchase, and unfortunately as our system consists of some pretty individual kit when we got it home the sound was not remotely compatible. The store managers reaction? No wriggling or falling back on statutory rights, just “what would you like to do? You can swap for another, or I can refund you.“ so I have borrowed the alternative solution which is so good I am keeping it. Any company with that attitude towards customer concerns rates five stars in my book. And even more impressive is the timing -23rd December. The next piece of hi-fi I buy will be from them.

Absolutely amazing service! I had a friends turntable that stopped working which had sentimental value to her. Enquired to see if it could be fixed and even though it’s old they got it working again! Very happy and would highly recommend!
