To the lady on the DHL section at the back of the shop at around 2.30pm today, I’m sorry it’s an inconvenience that you had to serve me today. As I walked to the end of the shop you sighed and asked if I needed help, I even offered to go away and come back when someone else was there but you decided to huff and puff your whole way through the 10 minutes that it takes for you to process a DHL order. I’m sure you have a million and one things to do but having this sort of attitude whilst doing your job is just sending customers away!
