Great business and would recommend it to any one, as the prices are cheap and fast service, they replaced my laptop computer screen within 40 minutes if not less! 5 star service. Thank you

Not a very good experience. Arrived under the rain in the morning and the office was closed. This was after calling ahead and letting them know I was coming. Had to wait under the rain for 5mins. Very impatient and really poor customer service. Solved the technical issue though. But not my best experience so far in Oxford.

I took my laptop here for a simple repair and this guy charged me £95. He was quite arrogant and verging on rude. A further 6 months down the line and it ceased working, same problem. So this time I took it to one of the shops in Templar’s Square. They were pleasant and reasonably priced. They charged me £45 for the same job and the laptop still works almost a year and a half later. It is clear where I will go next time I have any issues.

Needed some help to patch in 3 additional Network Points to my server cabinet after repeated failed attempts to do it myself. Naveed came round the day after I contacted him and fixed them all up so I'm happy now with everything connected. many thanks

Avoid at all costs. I gave them my Macbook Pro a month ago because there was a problem with the motherboard. Not only they could not fix the problem, but they also damaged my screen which was absolutely perfect. I called them and they did not care at all that they damaged the screen because "the problem was the motherboard". So now I have paid 45£ and I have a Macbook Pro with broken motherboard and screen thanks to them. Professionals have to at least admit their mistakes and pay back their customers. Obviously, these guys are not trustworthy.

Open on Sundays! Oxon IT Support got me out of a real pickle when I spilled water all over my laptop late Saturday night. I took it in Sunday afternoon, and two days later, it was cleaned up and working good as new! Crucially, unlike some other IT repair shops, Oxon's online information is accurate. At first, I actually tried to go somewhere else in the centre of town nearer where I live, only to find that they were shut despite their online opening hours claiming otherwise... But it was for the best, because I got top notch service at Oxon IT Support. Naveed was friendly and professional the whole time, and completely transparent, explained what the problems were and the process of fixing them both times, I felt like I was leaving my laptop in safe hands. I was also able to rent a laptop for a cheap price, and Naveed kindly managed to find a model that had Microsoft Word installed because I needed it for work. Everything was very easy. I will definitely go back again if I have any ther technology issues, even though there are places closer to me.
