Computer Assistance oxford

With a couple of ageing laptops to care for, I've been in and out of Computer Assistance a number of times over the last couple of years and have always found the team to be helpful, well informed and always willing to go the extra mile. When the time came to buy a new machine, they gave me just the advice I needed and helped me through a technical problem that arose in a thoroughly professional manner.

This was a most delightful experience, they were helpful, polite & very informative. I was helped and updated throughout the whole process. And I will most definitely be in contact when I have queries & repairs. Thank goodness for Computer Assistance Oxford brilliant. All of the members of staff as amazing as the other. Thank you.

Wouldn't hesitate to use them again. All those I had contact with were knowledgeable, friendly & polite. Listened to my requirements & gave me different options & then went through them all with me to see which would best suit me. Didn't blind me with computer speak so I could actually understand what they meant.

I rely on Computer Assistance to do the jobs on my Mac that I don't want to do, like upgrades and installing antivirus etc. They are always very thorough. This time Jimi did several jobs and it's all worked out fine. I also got some good advice from Peter on a couple of long-standing issues, so that was really useful too.

Despite my arriving near the end of the working day, staff advised me carefully, found me exactly what I needed and emailed me the links for software and accessories, so I was able to get set up the same evening.

I needed some screws for internal HDD fixing to Raid setup. (was really hard to find elsewhere) Popped into local shop and they kindly gave me some screws and rubber shock-proofing, saved a lot of hassle. Much appreciated
