Amazing. Best weekend ever. Great boat with everything we needed on board. Spotlessly clean and great support for pretty much a newbie in a narrow boat. Canal was a little low between two locks but no issue if you stay slow. Fabulous.

Had a fantastic 4 days on one of their barges at a very reasonable price .. The staff were so friendly and explained everything you need to know about cruising the oxford canal . Would highly recommend.. had a great holiday

Long weekend on "Trinity". Took a day to gain confidence driving the boat. Great fun. The boys enjoyed working the locks. Wish the bed was a bit longer (I'm 6'2") but it's a narrow boat and bed was comfortable. Weather was great. . . always a big help.

Nice service, basic facilities at warf

Really fun few day days away. The team were super friendly and accommodating (despite us having to call up as we forgot how to start the boat on the 2nd day - sorry about that!) and cruising along the Oxford canal is something I'd recommend to everyone. Really great experience - thank you!

Just back from a week onboard Trinity. The boat was spotless when we boarded and unlike previous experiences the kitchen was very well equipped. Although the freezer was great the fridge didn't manage so well, so watch the milk! Maybe it was because we turned the electrics off when the engine was not on? Anyway a very minor niggle. A particular great feature of the boat is the front hatch that pulls back far enough to enjoy dinner alfresco! The welcome pack from CC was superb and the detailed maps were a real help. The customer service was second to none and we can't wait to come back. Thank you!! Rob

Excellent and helpful staff good access

Just back from a lovely week on Narrowboat Exeter!! College Cruisers are brilliant,great tuition from Wayne. A couple of adventures with locks added to the week!! Exeter was well equipped and comfy!! Just what the Doctor ordered. Now back to work!! Thank you one and all !

This was the third time as a family we had hired a narrow boat, the first time was on the Norfolk Broads, second was on the Llangollen Canal, this time was the Oxford canal. Hiring our boat ‘Exeter’ from College Cruisers was an easy experience, done through the website with a few follow up emails. The boat is a 65’ cruiser stern narrow boat, we went for the two double room setup, there are a couple of other setups unto one that sleeps 10.
Exeter is well appointed and because there was only 4 of us we were able to leave the dining table up as well as leave the TV seating area, it must be noted that the TV reception along the canal was non-existent apart from when we were close to Oxford, not that this is a problem as we weren’t there to watch the TV. The middle bedroom is permanently made up but the front cabin needs to be made up each night, bearing this in mind the front cabin (ours) had a very comfortable bed. We had a great week cruising on the Oxford, a very pretty canal with locks, sections of river and plenty of bank side interest. I would happily recommend College Cruisers.
