I rented a Finders Keepers managed property for around three and a half years and it's been by far the best experience I've had with a letting agent - and I've rented for about 12 years in total. The property was impeccably clean*, staff were all friendly, and maintenance issues were always dealt with very quickly. Recommended. * I guess the downside of a clean property is that everything needs to be extremely clean at checkout, but I got back almost all of my deposit without paying professional cleaners. A lot of work, but fair when starting conditioning is so good!

Estate agents often get a bad rep and we've had the misfortune of experiencing bad ones in Oxford (Hutton Parker - but that's another story). However, Finders Keepers were professional throughout our 2 year tenancy; communication was prompt and whenever we had an issue with the flat, they tried their best to address it. I wish more estate agents were as easy and as pleasant to deal with.
