We have had exceptional service from Winnie at JCP Estate Agents so far. She has gone over and above in her level of service to us and helped us to secure a house for rent that we didn't think was possible due to timings. This is the first time that we've had this level of service from an estate agent and just wanted to say thank you to Winnie for continuing to do such a great job!

Having just let a property in Oxford through JCP, I would recommend their support in renting properties. Stanley Kahn was a great help with finding tenants to suit the property and was efficient and clear in all correspondence. Winnie Taylor was also helpful with administrative details in relation to the tenancy.

Alex was extremely helpful and professional when helping me and my friends find our first property to rent. I would recommend this agency as they are considerate of students financial predicament and don't expect the deposits straight up like other agency's but they allow students till June to come up with the deposit. This is extremely helpful as we rely on student loans. Overall my decision was made much easier with the help of Alex as he keeps you up to date and alerts you of anything occurring.

They are crooks!!!! Do not use them, they are rude and took 600 GBP for a holding deposit, the landlord didn’t accept the offer they kept the money. Please do yourself a favour and go elsewhere total bandits Rude horrible staff, no respect and also abusive.

Francis at JCP was extremely efficient, helpful, realistic, open and honest in the handling of the sale of my flat. It was a protracted process due to issues with the lease on my flat which became apparent and he was extremely supportive. His knowledge of the local market and ability to vet interested parties to weed out 'tyre kickers' from visiting my property was exemplary. I would strongly recommend JCP

She has replied promptly to all of our doubts and concerns at every stage of the process, and has gone out of her way to make us feel comfortable and to clarify anything we requested. She is extremely professional and diligent in her work, and I am very grateful that I got to work with such a delightful person. In general, JCP as a whole seems to be a very well organised agency, with whom working is an easy process, in which all information is offered in a very transparent manner, and who are going to make sure you are understanding all the process you will go through from the first minute. We had a very good experience with JCP selling our house in Jericho. We dealt with Francis Winstone-Partridge in the North Oxford branch and he was very professional and highly responsive. We were living away from Oxford due to lockdown, and Francis really took care of everything for us -- it was totally hassle free.
